Founding Account Executive (AE), Latin America

Objectives of the Founding Account Executive (AE), Latin America

  • Sell a product that customers need and love: Customers and their employees rely on Movo to solve all their high volume Workforce Management, Employee Scheduling, Communications and HR Operations needs.
  • Founding clients refer to Movo as an “answer to all their prayers.”
  • Dive into a huge opportunity that is currently untouched: We have dozens of customers on our waitlist and hundreds in our community. There is insane demand for the Movo product and we’ve barely scratched the surface.
  • Be the founding member of the Sales team: As the founding member of the Sales team, you’ll build the foundation for years to come.
  • Learn more in 1 week at Movo than 1 year at another company: We do more with less — we’re able to ship what other teams with 10x of the resources do in 1/10th of the time. We’ve had a lot of awesome accomplishments, but still have so much left to do.

Responsibilities of the Founding Account Executive (AE), Latin America

  • Evangelize AI in HR Technology and Movo
  • Build a robust book of business and long-term relationships with CHROs and HR Technology leaders and their internal client teams at Global 1000 companies
  • Be a consultative partner to prospects and customers. Build long-term relationships
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Manage inbound from our waitlist, community and network; and generate your own pipeline
  • Help build out and refine our sales process and playbook
  • Lead our internal pilot project to test reseller model in select markets
  • Constantly capture and synthesize product feedback from our customers; make product recommendations based on this feedback

 

Qualifications of the Founding Account Executive (AE), Latin America

  • You have 5+ years of carrying quota and closing 6- and 7-figure deals with midmarket and enterprise customers
  • You are comfortable with technical products, complex value propositions and ML/AI
  • You are passionate about evangelizing Movo and the AI in HR Technology category
  • You’ve been an early hire at a fast-growing SaaS start-up before
  • You are empathetic and highly driven to make customers successful
  • Native fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
  • You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry
  • You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You’ve built sales playbooks or processes and are excited to create and shape ours
