Shift One is currently looking for several Order Pickers to fill openings with our client, a top employer located in Arlington, TX. This is an exciting opportunity with growth potential!
Available shifts:
- Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Schedule B is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Order Picker
- Portioning and packing items
- Using proper measuring equipment
- Labeling packages and preparing items for shipping
- Receiving direction from Supervisor, Line Lead and/or Team Lead to fulfill production requirements
- Transitioning between tasks when needed
- Collecting production and quality data
- Working as a team to reach shipping goals
- Identify and dispose of defective items. Use the appropriate packing materials to protect customer items
- Following all policies and procedures while onsite
- Keeping your work area clean at all times and assisting in end of day cleanup
Qualifications of the Order Picker
- This site requires that workers are at least 18 years old.
- This site requires that workers complete a background check
- This site requires that all workers have a working phone
- On one’s feet for most or all of the shift
- Must wear closed-toe shoes, tie back long hair

Compensation of the Order Picker
- Starting base pay is $14.00 to 17.00 / hr., depending on role and schedule
- Overtime is also available
- 30 min per day of time off tasks for everyone
